It is no secret that we require knowledge, research and
practice when we translate words from a language to
another. We need more that when translating scientific
syllabus that relates to chemistry, genome, molecular
biology and other medical syllabus.
It requires commitment, dedication, knowledge,
accuracy and most importantly a good explanation to
the knowledge seeker. Therefore, I would like to extend
my sincere appreciation to Dr. Ahmed N. Abo-khatwa
and Dr. Hani Choudhry for their great effort in providing
access to more than 17,000 scientific terms to those who
seek the Arabic translation.
Their dedication and effort resulted to an accessible
and easy to understand Arabic syllabus that will benefit
researchers and students whom we hope that will
achieve scientific breakthroughs to our world.
I am honored to write an introduction for such an
outstanding work and I’m thankful to all the great people
that made this glossary see the light and finally I would
like to thank Dr. Rania M.S. Alardawe for her fruitful work
in proofreading this work.
